Derek started in the Title Insurance business in 2015. Through dedication, hard work, great customer service and his natural ability to connect people, Derek has become one of the top Title Insurance producers in the state. In 2021, Derek started the Kelly Title Group. Derek works with some of the top Attorneys, Realtors, Lenders, Investors, and Developers in the area. His goal is to provide value and ensure a smooth closing process. He is able to provide his clients with tools and knowledge to do more transactions and expand their business. Most recently, Derek became a father. He welcomed a baby boy, Jace Kelly, in June of 2020. Being a father is one of the most satisfying and proudful moments in his life. When he isn’t working or spending time with his family, Derek likes to golf, play basketball and softball.
